Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

• Users can visit our site anonymously;
• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the home page of our website;
• Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals

If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.
3. To stop selling your personal information. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within our family of companies, without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law. You are the only owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time. If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop making such transfers.

Please note, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS ACT (PIPEDA)

Buy&Sell protects the security of information in its possession. Buy&Sell (Board of Directors, sections, volunteers, employees) adheres to the Buy&Sell app Privacy of Information Policy. The Policy is based on the protection of privacy issues that face by the customers, the Canadian Code of Ethics, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

According to PIPEDA, personal information includes "any factual or subjective information, recorded or not, about an individual. This includes information in any form, such as age, name, email address, address, phone number."

Buy&Sell's Privacy of Information Policy is based on the ten principles set out in the PIPEDA.

• Access: Buy&Sell gives individuals access to their personal information in order to ensure accuracy and that the information is being used for the purposes for which it was intended.

We are using a strong backend for our Buy&Sell App. In the backend, all the content will be stored. All Data will remain safe and secure. No, any single information/data will send anywhere.
